Saltwater Butt and Grip Examples

On the left, is a 6' Live Bait rod built for use in Baja.  The butt has a cosmetic overlay for something different.
The reel seat features double lobed locking  rings for secure reel placement.
The Foregrip is shaped in a triangle to afford a comfortable, ergonomic grip.

In the middle is a 7' Bottom Fisher.  It has a nylon slick butt to allow for smooth placing between the arm and body of a heavy weather coat.
The reel seat is graphite.

The foregrip is a non-smooth composite wrap to allow a solid grip (by hands covered with remains of recently cut bait)

On the right, is a 61/2' rod built for a Ocean Kayak enthusiast.  The Marine Grade Aluminum trolling butt again allows for smooth placement.
The reel seat is integral with the butt and features "downward" locking.
